Three-month-old Little Karl Towndrow, of Brooklyn Heights, died unexpectedly Monday, during his first day attending the Soho Child Care nursery, at 69 Greene St, according to a police spokesperson. Towndrow was found unresponsive after a 15-minute nap session.
